2. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to enroll with confidence. That is why we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for most of our online courses. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To qualify for a full refund within the 14-day window, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within exactly 14 days of the original purchase timestamp.
- You must have completed less than 25% of the total course content.
- You must not have downloaded more than 2 downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, source codes, etc.) associated with the course.
- You have not previously refunded the same course.
3. Non-Refundable Items
While we try to be as accommodating as possible, certain items and situations are strictly non-refundable:
- Courses where more than 25% of the content has been viewed or marked as completed.
- Any course purchased as part of a promotional bundle or heavily discounted flash sale (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Digital downloadable products that are sold separately from courses (e.g., eBooks, standalone software).
- Subscription renewals (cancellations apply to future billing cycles only).
4. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide the email address associated with your account and the name of the course you wish to refund.

5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our team. However, depending on your payment method and banking institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval:
- First, check your bank account again carefully.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
